You're eligible to register as a member if:

1. You currently work for the NHS in any capacity and hold valid identification
2. You currently work for an organisation registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England, the Care Inspectorate in Scotland, the Care Inspectorate in Wales or the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) in Northern Ireland

Due to the level of tickets available, we're not able to cater for applications outside of the current eligibility framework. We're constantly working with venues to increase the supply of tickets for all events and when we're comfortable that there is a fair supply, we'll look into any possible changes to our membership framework.

If you have a work email address, you must use it when registering for verification reasons so we can ensure that our tickets are strictly given to NHS and paid Care workers. 

We understand that some NHS Trusts and Care Organisations occasionally block access to our website through their servers so once you have registered and passed our verification checks you may add a personal email address if you prefer. Please email [email protected] to request this change.

Your Care organisation must first be registered to our platform. Your organisation isn't registered if you can't search and find it here. Please speak with the team most responsible to resolve this at your organisation. Registering an organisation is easy and free, and can be done here.
